Richard Boisvert is a “career-focused” Sales and Customer Service Professional in the Information and Technology services industry. Richard builds strong customer partnerships by listening, guiding, and quickly solving customer challenges through organizational support with a solution centric approach. As a Business Graduate of the University of Massachusetts Lowell, Richard started his career with a multinational computing mainframe and systems manufacturer. During his career, Richard served both in a sales and services support capacity covering a wide base of technologies. Transitioning into imaging, print management, and data storage systems, Richard became highly skilled in customer services, conflict resolution, and solution development. Richard has become the ultimate customer advocate, working quickly and diligently to address any challenge. Richard serves as the Director of Client Relations for CIO Technology Solutions. Richard also serves as an Ambassador for the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce. As a key role in the Chamber’s retention plan, Ambassadors serve as member relations support and assists with efforts to retain members through consistent personal interaction and involvement. In addition to serving as Ambassador Richard volunteers his time as a Mentor for the Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay Mentoring Program. The Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay Mentor/Protégé Program is designed to connect ELTB members with experienced industry professionals to allow them to develop the tools, knowledge and networks necessary to achieve their career goals.
